- How do I order for pickup?
- Choose your dishes from our online menu, build your rames or meal, pick a pickup time and place your order. No phone call needed — you'll get an instant confirmation with your order number.
- How and when do I pay?
- You pay when you pick up your order in the shop, by cash or card. Online payment isn't available in this version yet.
- Are your dishes halal?
- Yes, our dishes are prepared halal. If in doubt, just ask our staff.
- Where can I find allergen information?
- Allergens are listed with every dish on the menu. You'll find a full overview on our allergens page. If you have an allergy, please mention it with your order.
- Do you deliver?
- No, Toko Nur is pickup only. You collect your order at Gedempte Oude Gracht 13 in Haarlem.
- Can I order catering?
- Yes, for groups of 30 people and up we offer catering with several rijsttafel packages. Request a quote via our catering page.
- What are your opening hours?
- We're open Tuesday to Sunday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays.
